LICENSE AGREEMENT

AgileNotes for Pocket PC is mentioned below as Software.

These license terms are an agreement between Sergey Orlik (as an Author of the Software) and you.

By using this Software, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the software.

LICENSE TERMS

You may install one copy of the software on every your personal Pocket PC devices (meaning that you are owner or have

in use such devices in personal use).

You may make one backup copy of the software. You may use it only to reinstall the software.

You must not transfer, lease, distribute, copy this Software for 3rd parties.

The software is subject to Russian Federation and International laws and regulations.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE AUTHOR ``AS IS'' AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED

TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL

THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING,

BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS

INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING

Because this Software is "as is," Author may not provide support services, patch and error fixes as well as updates

for the Software.

The Software is licensed, but not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to personal use.
